President and CEO
Andy Harris is President and CEO of Dash Multi-Corp, a growth-oriented platform of companies specializing in polyurethane system and recycled rubber products. Prior to DASH, Andy was CEO of Syrgis, where he successfully led the business transformation and revenue growth from $40 million to $115 million within five years.
Mr. Harris has twenty-five years of management experience in specialty chemicals, oil and gas, process instrumentation, and environmental equipment companies including Betz Chemical (now GE Water and Process Technologies), Endress+Hauser Gmbh, and Exxon Company USA.
Mr. Harris holds an MBA in Marketing and Finance from the University of Southern California – Marshall School of Business and a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Arizona.
Chief Financial Officer
Bryan Johnson oversees all aspects of Accella Performance Material’s financial operations. Mr. Johnson’s focus is to ensure that all the financial functions of the Company are sound and are properly aligned and integrated with the Company’s strategic plan.
Mr. Johnson has more than 15 years of accounting and financial experience, possessing an abundance of manufacturing industry knowledge and is also experienced in the Private Equity environment. He has held executive financial positions since 2005. His strengths lie in negotiations, implementation of new financial systems, budgeting and strategic planning. Mr. Johnson has also had much success with reducing costs, improving accounts receivables, increasing profitability, improving cash flow and positively managing inventory turnover.
Mr. Johnson has a degree in Accounting and Business Administration from Gardner-Webb University.
Vice-President of Tire Fill
Joe Negrey oversees all business operations for the tire fill division of Accella Performance Materials. He has more than two decades of process engineering, product and market development, and manufacturing experience.
Previously, Mr. Negrey served as operations manager, director of operations, and vice president of operations. His strengths lie in his visionary leadership and strategic planning to grow the Accella tire fill brands.
Mr. Negrey holds a degree in Industrial Technology from California Polytechnic State University.
Vice President of Operations
Scott Snider oversees all Operations Management for Accella Performance Materials. He has more than two decades of international and domestic experience in P & L management and operations management. His career spans more than 25 years in the polyurethane industry. Previously, Mr. Snider served as a project manager, plant manager, program manager, operations manager. His many strengths include visionary leadership and a strong customer focus, as well as acting as a positive change agent.
Mr. Snider holds a degree in Chemical Engineering and an MBA from the University of Kansas.
Vice President of Technology and Innovation
Robert Cunningham oversees all chemical technology and innovation for all of Accella Performance Material’s divisions including MarChem Polyurethane, Accella Tire Fill Systems, and Ultimate RB.
For more than forty years, Mr. Cunningham has been involved in product development, process development, and market development of polyurethane CASE products and PVC compounds. He was employed for twenty-six years as Technical Director and Vice President of Operations at Dennis Chemical, a Saint Louis specialty chemical manufacturer. He moved to Dash Multicorp in 1995 were he was involved in technical and marketing oversight for subsidiary companies including MarChem Chemical Companies, MarChem Coated Fabrics, Harvin Reaction Technologies, and RB Rubber Products. In 2013, he assumed his current responsibilities with Accella Performance Materials.
Mr. Cunningham holds a degree from Washington University where he majored in Chemistry and Business.
Chief Information Officer
Steven Kosovich is responsible for all aspects of Accella Performance Materials transformation of the Global Information and Business Intelligence Architecture. In addition to his day to day duties, he participates in evaluating and performing due diligence on potential acquisitions along with transitions of acquired enterprises.
In his professional career, he has worked at DG3 Worldwide, Bowne Marketing and Business Communications, and Bank of New York. Mr. Kosovich’s education in Finance and strong operational leadership has proven to be a successful combination in his twenty years within Information Technology. He is keenly focused towards product development and solutions with secure, stable, and scalable infrastructures. He is a valued business partner and change agent that is specialized in transforming lackluster organizations into high performance assets.
Mr. Kosovich holds a Bachelor’s of Administration Degree in Finance and Management of Information Systems (MIS) from William Paterson University.
Vice President of Marketing
Mr. Restaino leads the marketing competency throughout the Accella Performance Materials family of companies. He has more than twenty-five years of marketing and sales experience that spans many industrial and consumer markets.
In his professional career, he has worked for DuPont, Omnova Solutions (GenCorp), PolyOne (BF Goodrich), and Macro Plastics. Mr. Restaino brings a history of successfully developing and implementing global sales and marketing strategies for established and new products. These product lines include Specialty Chemicals including coatings, nylon, polyester, and PVC resin, as well as applications in Decorative and Building products, Roofing Systems, Paints and Coatings, Inks, Packaging, Healthcare, and Automotive.
Mr. Restaino holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from the University of Delaware and a Masters of Business Administration in Marketing from Widener University.
Vice President – Purchasing/Global Supply Chain
Tushar Shah oversees the purchasing and global supply chain for all of Accella Performance Material’s divisions including MarChem Polyurethane, Accella Tire Fill Systems, and Ultimate RB.
In his professional career, he has worked for Decratrend Paints, Spectratone Paint, and Comex Paints (Sherwin Williams Paint Company). Mr. Shah has more than thirty-six years of experience covering all aspects of operations (manufacturing, technical, purchasing) in the paint and coatings industry. At Comex Paints, he experienced five changes of ownerships and ten acquisitions of paint companies. Mr. Shah managed the consolidation of purchasing and technical areas for all acquired companies.
Mr. Shah has a Chemical Engineering degree from India and diploma in Business Management. He is the project leader for the ISO:9001 program. He holds certificates in SPC/TQM from San Diego State University, Purchasing Executive Program from UCLA, and the Senior Management Executive Program from Templeton in Oxford, UK.
